Taking advantage of a trip home CH decided to host a game of Bug Hunt to show me how the system works. We deployed two teams of marines and two scientists. The idea is simple: each squad is responsible of one of the scientist's security, who are going with them to investigate an abandoned scientific installation. When they are in the control room an alarm goes off and the path they came from gets shut by a security door. An armoured shutter opens up revealing an alien's queen incubation chamber. Time to flee!
Aprovechando un viaje a casa CH decidió montar una partida de Bug Hunt para enseñarme como funciona el sistema. Desplegamos dos equipos de marines y dos científicos. La idea era sencilla: cada escuadra es responsable de la seguridad de uno de los científicos, que han ido a investigar una instalación de investigación abandonada. Cuando estñan en la sala de control una alarma se dispara y el camino por el que vinieron queda bloqueado por una puerta de seguridad. Una persiana blindada se levanta mostrando el nido de incubación de una reina. ¡Hora de correr!

CH's boys firefight again comes to the attention of the aliens, so unluckily that three different groups appear, so two must come from behind. We rolled and got a bit scared.
El tiroteo de los chicos de CH vuelve a llamar la atención de los aliens, con tan mala suerte que aparecen tres grupos, con lo que dos vienen por detrás. Tiramos para ver que salía y nos llevamos un pedazo susto.

Although the two marines at the back at first tried to run away, I decided to turn them around and confront the aliens who were running into the corridor. Fortunately, the smartgun was formidable enough to cut through them without too much difficulty.
Aunque los dos marines que iban detrás intentaron en primera instancia salir corriendo, decidí que se dieran la vuelta y se enfrentaran a los aliens que entraban en el pasillo. Afortunadamente el smartgun fue suficientemte formidable como para acabar con ellos sin demasiadas dificultades.
But I almost got a heart attack when the queen came so close/Pero casi me da un infarto cuando la reina se acercó tanto
Sarge died opening the door which would lead us to the exit (there were no more rooms available, so according to our rules it would make for the escape hatch room). At least his death wasn't in vain, as the rest of the team was able to escape when a huge group of aliens was approaching.
El sargento murió abriendo la puerta que nos llevaría a la salida (no quedaban más habitaciones, así que de acuerdo a nuestros reglas tenía que ser la habitación de la escotilla de escape). Al menos su muerte no fue en vano, ya que el resto del equipologró huir justo cuando se acercaba un grupo enorme de alienígenas.
Good. Now CH is working on some dedicated map sections and some serious rules for predators. We'll see what goes out of this.
Bueno. Ahora CH está trabajando en unas secciones de mapa específicas y algunas reglas "serias" para predators. Veremos que sale de esto.
